MCDC serves and promotes the interests and well-being of the English-speaking community of the administrative region of Chaudière-Appalaches and the sub-region of MRC de l'Érable by facilitating access to services in English and fostering partnerships with the community at large.
We offer social and cultural services and activities the community for the benefit of all, in partnership with the larger French community.
With 63% of the total English-speaking community in Chaudière-Appalaches, the greater Lévis area was underserved with a need for services in English. MCDC has a satellite office, based in St-Romauld, called the South Shore English Network. SSEN's mission is to serve and promote the well-being of the English-speaking community in the greater Levis area.
English-speaking Quebecers in Chaudière-Appalaches and l'Érable are active participants and contribute to the social and economic development of the regions.
